Many enter the field of education because they value the power of knowledge. At TLC, Int'l, we the value the power of collective wisdom that uses individual knowledge as a tool to liberate us all. Freedom Facilitators and Liberation Leaders actively engage the learning process while developing skill sets needed to thrive and model a lifestyle of active engagement in building an equitable society.
We work to transform standard educational systems through practical strategies that help students build social and emotional strengths that will help them thrive in life. We begin this process by building relationships. Asset-Based Community Learning® is a relationship-oriented pedagogy that strengthens valuable skills sought by businesses, organizations and larger communities.
